SALARY SCHEDULE: APM GRADE: A
BASIC FUNCTION:
Plans, directs and coordinates the student activities program on a college campus.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Bachelor's degree.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Three (3) years experience in a position involving student activities in a campus setting.
KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge of the college rules and policies for students and staff. Knowledge of the college policy regarding student associations and organizations. Communications and public relations skills. Knowledge of sentence structure and word usage. Skill in reading comprehension. Skill in proof- reading. Knowledge of basic mathematics. Ability to maintain budget records. Ability to maintain good working relationships with students, faculty and staff. Ability to operate a computer and calculator. Ability to work with diverse student groups. Ability to enforce rules and policy tactfully.
